ABOUT PETER YELLAND AND OMG VIDEO
From a crazy idea to capture on film the AEBM members undertaking the 2005 Riding of the Bonds to a project that would take over 12 months and create more than a few grey hairs in the making . . . Peter has had many occasions to regret that he ever thought of doing a DVD.
Filming the Bounds Ride was just the tip of the iceberg. Working in close collaboration with professional screenwriter Ysabelle Dean, another member of the AEBM, Peter soon found himself with a full-on shooting script to direct. And then there were the "actors", the AEBM members themselves and their horses. The old Hollywood adage about working with children and animals has since been revised by Peter to "Beware of working with barefoot enthusiasts and their horses"!
But at last the project is "in the can" and Peter can breathe a sigh of relief ...
... And keep his fingers and toes crossed that the AEBM is not planning a sequel!
